What's happening in June!

All these events are organised in partnership with Dawlish Town Council.

June 7th - This is not a public event as such but an activities day for pupils - we have five teams from three primary schools!

Circus Skills – e.g. Roller bowlers, Pedal goes, Stilts, Poi spinning, Juggling, Hula hoop, Diabolo, and Slackline.

‘Have you got the bottle’ - a relay race with a difference! Hop, skip or jump to find your plastic bottle, use a litter picker to place it in the recycling bin. Brought to you by Dawlish Against Plastic

Devon Waste Education – more fun and games from the people who know about recycling and waste reduction.

Facemask making – template/s provided. Use water-based paints to create a mask depicting a sea creature. This relates to the FabLab library sessions and Turn the Tide sessions in schools.

Music making – Our maestro, Gaz, will organise your team into singers, players, and percussionists to learn a song!

In the evening, Whose Wild World?, an active theatre production from Troubadour Theatre company with a production of an environmentally themed promenade performance. Bring your imagination and come hang out with the awesome presenters and crew of a super cool new 'reality TV show', on June 7th, 6 - 8pm in the Marquee on Dawlish Lawn. We'll be exploring all sorts of wild stuff and figuring out who will be the wildest of them all. See you there!

Bring your own picnic and enjoy this early evening event in the marquee - 6 - 8pm. Tickets will be available from the Manor House, Dawlish, or WegotTickets. £10 per adult, includes up to two free entries for children 16 and under. Need help getting tickets? Email us
